Kailey Vokes was hired as a vice president of Ontario lobby firm StrategyCorp in May, directly from her position as a director at Infrastructure Ontario (IO).
This isn’t the first time Vokes has moved between public and private work. She worked in Premier Doug Ford’s office from 2020 to 2021, before leaving for StrategyCorp for 18 months. She went back to the government to be chief of staff in cabinet minister Caroline Mulroney’s office in 2022, then became a director of programs with IO from October 2023, before joining StrategyCorp again last month.
