Katrina Clarke

Katrina Clarke is an award-winning investigative reporter whose work specializes in procurement at the federal, provincial and municipal levels. She has nearly 15 years of experience in journalism and has worked in newsrooms across Canada including in Fredericton, Winnipeg, Hamilton and Toronto. Most recently, she was an investigative reporter with the Winnipeg Free Press where she was part of a team that won the top prize at the Canadian Association of Journalists awards for a project examining child care in Manitoba. She has received fellowships and grants that have taken her to Thailand, Australia, Germany, Poland and remote parts of Labrador. She now lives in B.C.’s beautiful East Kootenay region. She loves mountain biking, hiking, alpine and nordic skiing, and is learning to uptrack.
