Oscar Heath

Oscar Heath is an incoming fourth year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, studying Data Science, Computer Science, and Mathematics. He is passionate about applying methods from ML and statistics to other fields in meaningful ways, including task automation, protein discovery, and privacy-preserving ML. He has pushed these ideas forward in academic research with UofT professors, computational biology research with the UofT iGEM synthetic biology team, as well as his hackathon projects.
