Mariana Garcia

Mariana is an incoming fourth-year student at the University of Toronto. She is pursuing a double major in Statistics and Economics, with a minor in Mathematics. She is interested in the intersection between economics and education, which motivates her research on financial literacy at OISE. Her experience also includes being a teaching assistant at the Mathematics Department. This summer, she will be doing research with Professor Rohan Alexander. In her free time, Mariana loves to learn new languages, discover new music and spend time with her family.
