Request: All studies and investigations prepared by the Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) itself, as well as all studies and investigations that were commissioned by and delivered to the PSC that dealt with recent multi-year trends in the hiring, training, promotion, and retention of "Black and racialized" people and the 4 categories of candidates/employees covered by the Employment Equity Act. Please limit the search to between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2022.
