Request: At least two affidavits signed by Andie Daponte have been filed in Federal Court Cases. An affidavit was filed in or around April 2021 in this case : IMM-6011-20 SHAFQUAT ZAHRA ET AL v. MCI. Another affidavit was filed in or around July 2021 in this case : IMM-6571-20 Ocran v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2022 FC 175. I would please like a copy of all records held by IRCC corresponding to affidavits written or signed by Andie Daponte, for the period from January 2018 to March 11, 2022, including both drafts and final versions of affidavits, including communications with DOJ / Justice Canada, but excluding communications with cabinet which may be considered priviledged.
