TransCanada (now called TC Energy) and Enbridge Gas reported communicating with senior federal officials about energy infrastructure and environmental approvals on April 28 and 29, respectively.

TC Energy reported communicating with a Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) official to give input on “pipeline-related matters and energy projects,” including project timelines, the role of regulators in pipeline safety, opportunities for industry-wide safety improvements and environmental regulation.
