The Nature Conservancy of Canada, the country’s largest national land conservation organization, registered a lobbyist in Ontario to “advocate for increased conservation measures and funding by the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada.”

The registration was filed last Thursday, shortly after the new provincial legislature had its first sitting last week. Also on Thursday, the government introduced Bill 5, called the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act.
