Jordan Currie

Marketing Intern

Jordan is a journalist, editor and social media coordinator joining the IJF as a Marketing Intern. She graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University’s Journalism program in 2019 and formerly worked at Xtra Magazine as the Associate Editor, Audience Engagement. She is passionate about Canadian public interest news, LGBTQ2S+ journalism and arts and culture reporting.

Outside of her social media and marketing work, her writing has appeared in Exclaim!, Wavelength Music, ILY Magazine, New Feeling Co-op and others. She can be found spending her time at the nearest photo lab developing film or at a concert wearing earplugs.
