Emily Su

Research & Development Associate

Emily Su is an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto with a double major in computer science and statistics and a minor in digital humanities. She is interested in using data, statistics and computational methods to understand society and how we can design human-centred AI systems. Before joining the IJF, she conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis and developed software for research projects across different fields. She was also a research consultant at the Bank of Canada.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys going to the gym, taking dance classes, doing photography and spending time with her family and friends.
