Allyson is an early-career researcher who recently graduated with a degree in economics. During her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, she served as a research assistant for professors across multiple disciplines, including business, economics and computer science. This interdisciplinary experience sparked her passion for exploring how technology intersects with economic theory and practice in our rapidly evolving digital landscape. She now brings this enthusiasm for cross-disciplinary research to the IJF, where she continues to investigate the implications and applications of emerging technologies.
