Public trust in the RCMP, particularly in their ability to fairly interact with minority groups, has fallen since 2018, according to the results of public perception polling commissioned by the police force.
Among all Canadians, public trust in the organization dropped from 74 per cent to 58 per cent between 2018 and 2023.
