Request: All documents (paper and electronic), including but not limited to, briefing notes, memos, emails, reports, presentations, and correspondence, related to the request of the Minister of Finance for the CDEV to enter into said memorandum of understanding. All documents (paper and electronic), including but not limited to, briefing notes, memos, emails, reports, presentations and correspondence, related to the NPI allocated for, and/or used for, the purchase of the Trans Mountain Pipeline, either through the CDEV or any other entity of the Government of Canada and/or other entity utilized by the Government of Canada for said purchase.
